All Returns or Exchanges:

Gemstones are our business, your satisfaction is paramount to us.

If your gem does not meet or exceed your expectations needs or hopes, you may exchange it for full store credit or a refund as per policy herein.

In the event any item should happen to arrive damaged, or later than expected, We need to be alerted at once.

Refunds may or may not be minus postage and insurance cost only.

Also not applicable to designers or customers who break, or in any way damage gems, by any mishandlings or while manufacturing a custom setting or in setting of the gemstones.

~However we understand things do get dropped damaged or chipped, even manage to get caught in a polisher and flown across a room, or other occasionally tragic comedy.
DON'T DESPAIR...So of course we are ready and still happy to assist in expedited if need be , and at discounted repair rates to all forthright customers and designers.
We reserve the right to cancel any sale within 24 hours at our discretion. This is in event of any possible untimely communication in prior commitments between salespersons. :)

Purchasers should understand that refunds or credits, and repairs are up to the sole discretion by our lapidary shop, and it's inspection or photo records.

Generally we know all the gems I have cut and so we can most likely expedite just about any return, and most recuts or repairs,
* however much of the *noted faceted stock, was not cut from us and so we can just operate a simple photo record search for the quickest return comparison. Just so we can keep it all straight forward and efficient.

*So far in about 11 or so years we have had almost no unsatisfied returns.

**Basically all this is just mumbo jumbo legal ease for business purposes.
You need never worry about a purchase, it can be worked out fast and friendly if anything comes up , just send an e mail, and we'll work fast to resolve the issue, and get the piece right back as instructed so that you can finish your design work.

Those who already know me, (Jeffrey) already know that I won't stop work for ANY telephone call, ( and no I don't us caller ID :)
let alone I seldom go near the invasive device.

Thankfully I am not your hosting support, although I do advise here and there , no worries .
Genuine Professionals handle the hosting offices.

I offered it here in the store as happen to have some interest in this family business, so
PLEASE, by any all means do elect to host on our servers, a real professional staff will take care of the clients and servers, I simply consult on certain aspects on occassion.

On a last legal note, any repair quotes for items damaged while setting is accepted as binding and fair or manufacturer (me) is herein held harmless in having offered fair market wholesale terms, quotes or advice on a piece you may have broken damaged or altered in any ways or by any means.

On the practical side.
We all know incidents can arrise, but can often rectify most damaged gemstones I have cut.

(Discounts of course apply. "Setting damage," or other repair costs shall be kept minimal to the trade and hobbyist as well)
